- • Data held 90 days with warnings at 15, 7 and 1 days, then deleted after an export opportunity.
Account protection
- • One-time verification code for a new or untrusted device.
- • One-time code for sensitive business-account changes.
- • Username and password recovery through verified email plus phone.
